Founded in 2Ol5, CHURCHWIN TRADING COMPANY sets itself to be a leading producer and supplier of Shea Butter and Black Soap. We prioritize delivering the very best of African commodities at the best price and state to suit customer’s need. It has its main office at Tamale in the Northern Region of Ghana. There is also a black soap production site at Kumasi in the Ashanti Region in the same country. Churchwin Trading Company has an alliance with Global Shea Alliance (GSA) and Shea Network Ghana (SNG).

To create a platform for the free exchange of goods and services. At Churchwin Trading, we envision an African continent where natural resources are commercially harnessed to bring value and opportunity to all stakeholders.

Support in Woman Empowerment
Churchwin Trading as an organization and social enterprise contributes immensely to the poverty alleviation of rural women while making a profit and functioning as a business. This is mainly demonstrated through a high commitment to empowering women. Over the years, we have engaged with over 500 women and currently employs up to 100 of them monthly within the shea butter value chain business.
Through our financial support programs, skill development, and training activities, we have brought transformational change to a lot of these women within our working environment. Keeping in mind these women wouId not have been employed if not for our interventions.
Our intervention has created an enabling environment for rural people (women) within the shea enclave, who serves as an instrument of rural development, to develop, standardize, popularize and commercial innovative rural technologies. Making traditional rural business more profitable. Generating new business and employment opportunity.
